شروط الاستخدام
Updated: October 19, 2026. Changes apply prospectively, with notice where required; they do not override existing agreements or mandatory rights.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and software services provided by Arabia Transfer, LLC, doing business as Arabia Pay ("Arabia Pay", "we", "us", or "our"), a company formed in the State of Delaware, United States. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
1. The services
Arabia Pay provides software as a service ("SaaS") for checkout integration, merchant onboarding, subscription access and payment coordination for eligible Lightfunnels stores selling physical goods ("Services"). Customer payments are processed by third-party payment providers ("Processing Partners") through Arabia Pay's platform payment arrangement. This service does not give every merchant an independent payment-processing account.
The store supplies the goods and is responsible for accurate product information, fulfilment, delivery and customer service. Arabia Pay coordinates platform access and payment support. The applicable merchant and Processing Partner agreements determine payment, refund, dispute and settlement responsibilities, including responsibilities of Arabia Pay. These obligations apply throughout your use of the Services.
2. Eligibility and account registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You must use the Services on behalf of a lawfully operating business and provide accurate, complete registration information, keeping it up to date.
- We may require identity and business verification, and we may decline, suspend, or close accounts that fail verification or present unacceptable risk.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Engage in, facilitate, or fund any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions violations;
- Sell goods or services that are prohibited by applicable law, card network rules, or our published restricted and prohibited business categories, which form part of these Terms;
- Process transactions on behalf of undisclosed third parties;
- Misrepresent your identity, business, or products;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure.
You must also tell us before you change what you sell, who owns the business, or the website your account trades under.
4. Fees and activation
The subscription is USD 9.95 per month, plus USD 1.10 per successful purchase. Applicable processing, cross-border payout, currency conversion, dispute and other Processing Partner fees are additional. They may be deducted from balances or billed separately under the applicable agreements. See pricing and refunds and cancellations.
Activation requires Arabia Pay approval, completion of provider onboarding and identity checks, provider approval, and successful subscription payment. Successful renewals maintain subscription access. A failed renewal suspends new payment acceptance until payment succeeds, subject to other account requirements. Cancellation or suspension does not erase existing financial obligations or entitlement to funds under the payment agreements.
Company revenue and merchant funds
Our designated company operating account is for revenue from the USD 9.95 monthly subscription and the USD 1.10 service fee per successful purchase, after any deductions or partner allocations made before settlement. Our policy is that this account must not receive or hold sales proceeds payable to merchants or be used to make merchant payouts.
Customer purchase processing, merchant sales balances and merchant bank payouts remain within the Processing Partners' platform payment arrangement. The use of a separate account for company revenue does not remove Arabia Pay's payment, refund or dispute responsibilities under the applicable agreements and law.
5. Payments, payouts, refunds and disputes
- Processing Partners process payments and execute bank payouts within the platform arrangement. Account requirements, available balances, refunds, disputes, reserves and restrictions affect payout eligibility. The applicable schedule is communicated through the account; no fixed bank-arrival date is promised on this website.
- Arabia Pay and Processing Partners may apply account or payment controls as permitted by their agreements and applicable law. Using provider fraud tools does not remove the responsibilities of Arabia Pay or the merchant.
- Merchants must cooperate with refunds and disputes, provide delivery evidence, and cover amounts and fees assigned to them by the applicable agreements. These obligations do not exclude any responsibility that a provider or law assigns to Arabia Pay.
6. Compliance
You must comply with all laws applicable to your business and your use of the Services, including consumer-protection, data-protection, AML/CTF, and card network rules. You must display accurate business information to your customers, honor your refund and delivery policies, and obtain any consents required to share your customers' data with us for payment processing.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, website, and all related content — excluding your data and third-party trademarks — are owned by Arabia Pay or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them as needed to receive the Services. Payment network logos displayed on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and indicate payment acceptance only.
8. Disclaimers
The website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arabia Pay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Arabia Pay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your transactions, your products or services, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create unacceptable risk, or where required by law or our financial partners. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including fees owed, chargeback liability, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) survive.
12. Complaints
Write to legal@arabia-transfer.com. We acknowledge a complaint within two business days and give a substantive answer within fifteen. If your complaint concerns payment processing, settlement, or the outcome of a dispute, we refer it to the Processing Partner responsible and tell you that we have done so. Applicants who were declined may ask for the decision to be reconsidered by a person, as set out in our Compliance page. Nothing here limits any right you have to go to a court or a regulator.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless your merchant agreement provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
